I finally got my DJI Mavic Mini a few months ago and have been in love. Now, DJI has released a much more capable and HUGE upgrade to the DJI Mavic Air aptly called the Mavic Air 2.

Twitch and Nintendo Switch Animal Crossing →

I had the Nintendo Switch on essentially Day 1 and of course Zelda along with 1-2-3 Switch. That was fun for a while but now, I acquired Animal Crossing New Horizons on Day 1 digitally (more on that later) but chose not to play it while holed up in my self-quarantine because I wanted to broadcast it via Twitch. So, I’ve finally downloaded OBS, after coping an Elgato HD60 S+ Capture Card along with the Elgato Key Air Light and set it all up and did my first initial hour for Animal Crossing! If I’m playing live, it’s right next to the picture or click either and it’ll take you there! Cheers and happy tree shaking, fishing and axing!

So, I finally received my shipment from Corsair for their Elgato HD60 S+ Capture Card along with their Key Light Air (but maybe I’m thinking I could have save 50% with this model) so I can… START STREAMING! Stay tuned to my twitch channel which I’m in the process of setting up for some Animal Crossing: New Horizons (digital/physical) goodness. Here a simple video on what I’m doing, but for an extended tutorial on my planned setup, I’m following iMore’s setup guide.

With it absent from the general streaming services, you’ll have to subscribe to HBO Max but starting today for a limited time, check out what Apple TV / iTunes has today! The complete series on sale for $80.00 down from $140 or if you wanted something a little more recent, check out the sale on How I Met Your Mother for $30 down from $75!

Airplanes Parked Around the World

My industry is seeing the likes of airplanes being parked all over the world with airlines cancelling flights, consolidating routes and closing cities. I'm hoping for the best but the reality is that these lost flights comes with many job losses.

This is definitely not a sight I want to see but it in a way it is beautifully composed. Each of these aircraft were moved to their respective locations over the past few weeks since the COVID-19 outbreak by pilots and ground crew from all over. My own company is currently parking 100 aircraft around the country but most of the US Carriers stage in Arizona at an airport called Pinal Airpark : KMZJ. Today alone, there are over 9 aircraft arriving with one carrying out the crew. I can only hope and pray that my industry recovers quickly.

This is simply amazing. The fact the Director of Photography would go through the lengths to make sure that the animation and view angles mimic real camera lenses and then later use a dioptic lens filter… this is definitely setting the bar high! On top of that, Disney+ launches today!!!

Disney+ Redeem Now

So, after I wrote the article, I finally got my "Redeem Now" link in my D23 General (Free) Membership Account. Once again, You can find it under your account in 24 hours or less. Disney+ goes live on the 12th of November and if you must ask, I'm going to be using my Apple TV upstairs and hopefully an LG App comes out for my 2016 55" OLED C6 or maybe the Fire Stick. If not, then I have my PS4 still hooked up or maybe Apple will release a new Apple TV on September 10th along with Apple TV+ too! There goes the budget.

Soft close springs at Lowes 3/8 x 2 inch X .35 inch are the ones I bought.

After two weeks or so, I finally got my shocks and I'll probably install them sometime over the weekend after I grab those springs. Hopefully Home Depot has them as I've never actually been into a Lowes that I can remember.
