My post yesterday "Save Money, Save the Environment, Pour Your Own Coffee", received a few comments on facebook from friends telling me that their choice of brew method is the french press. Coincidently, my Kickstarter Edition Medium Espro Press was dropped off yesterday afternoon and I couldn't have been more excited about this beautiful piece of hardware! Without a doubt, the Espro Press produced the cleanest cup of french pressed coffee I've ever had. Paired with my bag of Tonx, my mornings just got upgraded. I cleaned and detailed my Bodum Chambord Coffee Press, then while placing it up high in the cabinet, my wife asked me,"Are you retiring that one now?" I gave her a slight nod along with a huge sinister-like grin.
