The battle has official begun with the scheduled release of Google's Android Mobile OS SDK. Developers all over the world are being enticed by a $10 million competition, courtesy of Sergey Brin and company, to use the Android SDK and develop innovative software sets to be released in the near future. Not only did they demo a seamless package, but the 3D graphics that are enabled on the platform easily render Quake as one of the many gaming options.
